Pumpkin Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients: What To Do:
3/4 cup butter melted
1 cup sugar
1 tbs. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 8 inch x 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.

In your mixer bowl, add melted butter, sugar, vanilla and mix well until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time and continue beating. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients and then gradually add them into the butter mixture.

Spread about 2/3 of chocolate batter into the prepared pan, and spoon batter over. Add remaining batter.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until center is set.

Cool completely on wire rack and chill before cutting and serving.
