Numerous fire crews were called to the scene of a house fire in Nottingham Township early Monday morning. Washington County 9-1-1 says the fire was reported just before 2 a.m at the home in the 200-block of Hamtom Road. Our news partners at WPXI report that seven people were inside the home, including five children, and one person suffered burns and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. The home was fully engulfed in flames when fire fighters arrived and was destroyed. There is no word on the cause of the fire.
