President Biden was in Pittsburgh Thursday afternoon, at the site of the Fern Hollow Bridge that collapsed back in January. It’s now the site of an infrastructure package-funded reconstruction project. The President, touting the rebuild progress on the bridge, pledged to visit again soon. PennDOT has said they are ahead of schedule on the construction and expect to have it completed by the end of the year.
