UPDATE Wednesday, 4:17 pm Late afternoon Wednesday, the Washington County Elections Office posted updated numbers in many races, including some in the contested borough races from Tuesday’s General Election. Changed vote totals are now shown in RED. The order of finish in the Bentleyville Council race changed but not the three winners. Tuesday night, Kara Shaw-Dearth was shown leading Joseph Patress by one vote (260-259) in second and third place with three to be elected.
