The Washington County Coroner has been called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash along the Mon-Fayette Expressway in Fallowfield Township. Washington County 911 says it happened just before 4:30 a.m near mile-marker 37 in the southbound lanes of the toll road. At least two other people were reported injured.
