Washington County District Attorney Jason Walsh announced that Joshua Otey, 41, of North Strabane has been sentenced to prison for his open plea of guilty to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and aggravated indecent assault. Judge Brandon Neuman sentenced Otey to 12 1/2 to 25 years in state prison. Otey had an intimate relationship with his minor stepchild in North Strabane that lasted for several years before he was captured on camera engaging in sexual acts with the minor. All of the incidents occurred in the family’s home.
