The State Police Fire Marshall has been called in to investigate a house fire Friday morning in the City of Washington. It broke out at a home along E. Prospect Avenue just after 7 a.m. Washington County 9-1-1 says it was initially called in as a dryer fire that spread to the home. Everyone inside the home did get out safely and no injuries are reported. The fire was brought under control about thirty-minutes later.
