Hurricane Erick Makes Landfall

PUERTO ESCONDIDO, Mexico (AP) — Hurricane Erick has made landfall in western Oaxaca state in Mexico. Earlier, forecasters upgraded Erick to an “extremely dangerous” Category 4 hurricane before lowering it to a Category 3.
