Authorities are investigating the cause of a deadly two vehicle crash in Fayette County. Authorities say the accident happened on Route 119 in South Union Township around four o’clock Thursday morning. The Fayette County Coroner has identified the victim as 23-year-old Lee Black. There has been no further information released.
