A Fayette county man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of production of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor. United States Attorney Scott Brady brought the eight count indictment against Sean Houston, 47 of Brownsville. According to the indictment Houston produced and attempted to produce visual depictions, images and a video of the sexual exploitation of a minor. These charges occurred between December 23, 2015 and October 5, 2018. On October 29, 2018 Houston knowingly possessed visual depictions of the sexual exploitation of minors. Houston could receive life in prison or a $2 million dollar fine or both. Officers from Homeland Security Investigations, Centerville police department, North Strabane police department and the Washington County District Attorney office conducted the investigation.
