A law enforcement official says the person believed responsible for an explosion at a California fertility clinic posted online ramblings including a belief that the world should not be populated. The official is not authorized to discuss details of the attack and has spoken to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity. The suspect died in the blast Saturday that ripped through the clinic in the upscale city of Palm Springs. The FBI says it is investigating the attack as terrorism. The agency has not released the suspect’s name and investigators are still piecing together a motive.
