Fire Crews Battle House Fire In Peters Township

The State Police Fire Marshall has been called in to investigate a house fire Friday morning in Peters Township. Washington County 9-1-1 says a neighbor reported the blaze at 4:30 a.m in the 100-block of Brookdale Circle. Dispatchers say the home was under construction and firefighters from Peters Township and North Strabane found flames coming from the windows on both floors when they arrived. The home was not occupied and no injuries were reported.
