PennDot is announcing a single lane restriction in the outbound (westbound) lane of the Fort Pitt Tunnel. The restriction will occur on Sunday night August 11 and Monday night August 12 from 9:30 PM until 4:00 AM both days as crews stage equipment for paving operations.
