The City of Washington Police Department is advising motorists that beginning on Monday, April 6th at six a.m., West Beau Street will be closed to all traffic between Main Street and Franklin Street. This closure is expected to remain in place for approximately one month. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and plan accordingly. Police say that if you have business at the Crossroads Building, please utilize the parking garage for access. The road closure is in conjunction with the demolition of the Courthouse Square Building.
