NORTH STRABANE, Pa. –Repair work has been completed on a major water main break along Route 19 this weekend. A pipe burst in North Strabane Township on Friday night. Penn-American Water said low water pressure and a loss of water was problems to homes in the area. Neighborhoods that saw issues included Foxridge, Weavertown Village and Borland Manor. Full service was not restored until Sunday morning.
