Mall Re-Opens After Water Line Break

Officials with Franklin Crossroads Park, formerly Washington Crown Center Mall, said they were able to re-open Saturday morning after being forced to close about 4 p.m. Friday because of a water main break. The site is being redeveloped with space for retail, office, technology, industrial and research use all being possibilities. A portion of the mall will remain open through the end of the year.
