Man Charged With Indecent Exposure At South Hills Village

BETHEL PARK, Pa. — (WPXI) – Bethel Park police caught a Brentwood man suspected in multiple indecent exposure cases at the South Hills Village Mall. Investigators say 29-year-old Cesar Kirschner admitted to exposing himself to female workers at Macy’s and Target. Kirschner is charged with open lewdness, harassment and indecent exposure. Police were called to Macy’s on Dec. 30 for a report of a man who had just exposed himself to a female employee. The woman told police the man asked for a dressing room and called for help, saying he needed assistance putting pants on before exposing himself. The suspect got away that day but was spotted two weeks later outside the Starbucks in the mall. Police detained him and say he confessed to a similar incident earlier that day at Target. Kirschner allegedly told police he removed his underwear and exposed himself in the dressing room. He went on to say he goes to South Hills Village Mall to meet girls. He said he felt compelled to satisfy his urges in fitting rooms throughout the mall.
