Man Hospitalized After Officer Involved Shooting

Allegheny County Police are investigating an officer involved shooting in Bethel Park. Our news partners at Channel 11 say police were attempting to serve an arrest warrant for a 45 year old man at an apartment complex on Dorchestor Drive. A preliminary investigation says the unidentified man exited his apartment with a firearm and an officer fired. The man was taken to an area hospital and is last reported in stable condition. No other information is being released at this time.
