A mid morning accident at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Hall Avenue left one person injured. The accident occured at 9:15 AM when a pick up truck collided with a car and the truck ended up on its side atop the car. The accident damaged the control box for the traffic light. County 9-1-1 dispatchers stated that the accident scene was cleared and all police and fire personnel were gone before 12:00 PM. (photo credit Ken Westcott)
