A relative of the Georgia high school shooting suspect says the teenager’s mother called the school before the killings. Annie Brown, the suspect’s aunt, told the Washington Post that his mother called Apalachee High School about 30 minutes before the Wednesday shooting to warn them of an emergency involving her son. Brown has confirmed the reporting to The Associated Press but declined to comment further. Her nephew, 14-year-old Colt Gray, has been charged with murder over the fatal shooting of two students and two teachers. His father, Colin Gray, is accused of second-degree murder for providing his son with a semiautomatic AR 15-style rifle. Their attorneys declined to immediately seek bail during their first court appearance on Friday.
