A North Franklin Township woman has been arrested in connection with the death of her one-year-old daughter in June. Washington County District Attorney Jason Walsh says 32-year-old Lindsey Reho has been charged with criminal homicide, endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person. Walsh says a toxicology report showed the infant died of fentanyl poisoning. Walsh says the baby’s father said that Reho had expressed her suspicion that the baby had gotten into drugs on the day she died. Walsh says Reho said she is a heroin addict and uses heroin every day. Walsh says that on the day of the baby’s death, Reho said she brought drugs and paraphernalia into their apartment, eventually throwing them into a garbage can in the kitchen. A short time later, she said she found the baby unresponsive in her pack and play.
