
LOS ANGELES (AP) – It was a big night at the Screen Actors Guild Awards for the drama “CODA,” Will Smith and the leads for “Ted Lasso” and “Squid Game.” In an upset, the drama about a deaf family took the top honor at the awards, held last night in Santa Monica, California. Other honors went to the lead actor of “Squid Game” and the cast of “Ted Lasso.” Meanwhile, Will Smith won best actor honors for “King Richard” – playing the father of tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams.
