Traffic will restricted to one lane on Route 18 (Park Avenue) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Monday and continuing through late November. Pennsylvania American Water is relocating water main lines in advance of the Catfish Creek Bridge replacement project scheduled to begin this spring on routes 2001 and 18.
