WASHINGTON, Pa. — Drivers could see some overnight delays on Interstate 79 this week. PennDOT says single-lane restrictions will be in place in both directions of I-79 between the Houston/Eighty-Four Interchange (Exit 43) and the Canonsburg Interchange (Exit 45) in North Strabane Township. The lane closures are necessary for crews to perform milling and paving operations nightly between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. The work is slated from Tuesday, July 5th to Friday, July 8th, weather dependent.
