Police Investigating Shooting In Washington’s West End

Police in Washington are investigating a shooting Thursday morning around ten-thirty in the one-hundred block of Hart Avenue in the city’s West End. Chief Dan Rush says a black male shot an eighteen-year-old white male who was sitting in a car.  Rush says the teen suffered an insignificant injury and refused treatment. Police have not identified the victim or the shooter.
