WASHINGTON, PA – It looks as though another major tenant at the Washington Crown Center is going away. According to online reports, the Regal Crown Cinema, operated by Regal Cinemas, is closed for good, another victim of the COVID-19 pandemic. The theater was forced to shut down for months like all movie theaters earlier this year. According to reports, Regal Cinemas is considering shuttering all operations across the United States after reopening some locations in August. The parent company Cineworld is the second-largest movie theater operator on a global basis as well as in the U.S.
