A Smith Township man was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital this morning following an accident in which a part of a roof fell on him. According to Washington County 911, a 67-year-old man was a part of a small crew that were working on the roof along Shin Hill Street around 8:30 when it collapsed on him. For a while he was trapped under the debris. Crews arrived and got him from underneath the roof. He was transported shortly thereafter, and his identity and condition have not been released.
