Sunday afternoon storms caused localized flooding in Washington for a second straight day. Three of Saturday’s flooded streets were under water again late afternoon Sunday. The flooding outside Cameron Stadium Sunday was even deeper than it was Saturday, flowing over the sidewalk in front of the W&J Football facility.
