Suspect In Jollick Manor Shooting Arraigned

A Washington man accused of shooting and killing a Tennessee teenager was arraigned in Washington County Court on Wednesday. Jamil Carr, 23 appeared via video from the Allegheny County Jail to be charged with felony homicide and weapons possession charges. Carr is accused of killing 18-year-old Antonio Martinez of Clarksville, Tennessee. Carr and Martinez got into a fight before Carr pulled a handgun and shot Martinez in the chest in front of a Jollick Manor apartment in July. Carr will remain in jail without bond. He is scheduled for a status conference hearing on February 27.
