Washington Park Elementary Closed For A Week

Officials in the Washington School District announced on Friday that they have been notified of three positive cases of COVID-19 AT Washington Park Elementary School and as a result, will be closing that building from November 9th through November 13th.  Students will be moved to a remote learning environment.  Officials say students in Group A may return to school on November 16th and students in Group B can return on November 18th.  Staff at the school will report as normally scheduled and students at the Junior/Senior High School will continue to operate as normal during that time.
