Protesters gathered in downtown Washington Friday afternoon for a “Where’s Guy” Rally in front of the office of Republican U.S. Representative Guy Reschenthaler, who represents Pennsylvania’s 14th Congressional District. Organizer of the event, Sharon Laffey says she wants Reschenthaler to hold a Town Hall Meeting. Laffey says she has been trying for the past six years to get him in front of his constituents but he has never held one. Reschenthaler is a staunch supporter of President Trump and has touted Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” as being great for Pennsylvania. Laffey says that is not true, but if it is true, then she asks, why won’t he hold a Town Hall and let people ask questions. Reschenthaler has an office in downtown Washington on Main Street, right across from the Washington County Courthouse.
