Forecasters say accumulating snow in this area will begin overnight Monday and continue through midday Tuesday. Snow will likely impact travel, with the steadiest snowfall likely between three and nine Tuesday morning. The bulk of the snow will exit by Tuesday afternoon, with just some leftover snow showers throughout the day. Snowfall potential is between 2-4 inches for most of the area. The cold air stays locked in through the week, with another shot of snow showers for the end of the work week. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Tuesday from 12 a.m to 1 p.m.
