A Pittsburgh woman died from injuries she suffered in a crash Thursday afternoon in Peters Township. The Allegheny County Medical Examiners office says 67 year old Sara Adams was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital following the crash in the 600-block of East McMurray Road just after 5 p.m. She was pronounced dead just after 6:30 p.m. An investigation into the crash continues.
