PENN HILLS, Pa. — (WPXI) – A woman was shot outside a bar in Penn Hills early Thursday morning and has died at a local hospital. Allegheny County Police are now taking over the investigation after someone called for help just before 3 a.m. from Flinn’s Pub on Frankstown Road. The woman who was killed has been identified as 18 year old Leona Dailey. There is still no information in regards to suspect or motive.
