W&J Men Move to PAC Soccer Finals

Dylan Mayanja scored twice, including the game-winner five minutes into the second overtime, as top-seeded Washington & Jefferson topped Grove City, 2-1.  The Presidents were 40 seconds from winning the match in regulation when Sam Belitz kicked home a rebound to tie the score, 1-1. W&J will host Saturday’s PAC Soccer Final, taking on #2 Geneva, a shoot-out winner over Westminster after the teams went score through regulation and two overtimes. The match is scheduled to start at 7 pm at W&J’s Alexandre Stadium complex near Wild Things Park.
