Bentworth boys haven’t allowed a goal since Sept. 26, putting up 10 consecutive shutouts. At the same time, the Bearcats’ own scoring has become tight, advancing through the WPIAL & PIAA playoffs with three straight 1-0 wins. All of that has combined to put Bentworth in the PIAA semifinals for the second consecutive year still looking for a first-ever berth in the PIAA championships. Tuesday evening, the Bearcats face District 5 champion McConnellsburg at Westmont Elementary in Johnstown. We’ll have the match on WJPA-AM (1450) and online. Watch/Listen Here!
