Standout Fort Cherry senior Matt Sieg made it official Wednesday. The four-star safety flipped his college commitment from Penn State To West Virginia. The 6-foot, 180-pounder had close to two dozen offers but said he wanted a school close to home and a coach willing to let him play defense and offense. Sieg originally committed to Penn State in November of last year but changed plans when the Nittany Lions fired coach James Franklin in October.
