Girls Basketball — Ruby Morgan scored eight of her 10 points in the fourth quarter, helping Trinity to a three-point road win and a share of the 5A Section 4 title. The senior hit a pair of three-pointers in a 90-second span giving Trinity a lead it would not surrender. Maddi Roberts led all scorers with 11 points. Waynesburg’s win gives the Raiders a share of the 3A Section 4 championship. Burgettstown and Fort Cherry share the 2A Section 2 championship. Wash High’s win at Beth-Center gives the Little Prexies at least a share of the 2A Section 4 title. Chartiers-Houston can grab a share with a win at Carmichaels.
