HS Football, Week 3 Scores

McGuffey rolled up 378 yards on the ground with five different players scoring, leading the Highlanders in their Century Conference opener. Connor Crowe had 10 carries for 102 yards and two touchdowns. Shane Cornali caught a 41-yard TD pass from Matt Sieg in the first minute, all the points Fort Cherry needed to improve to 4-0, opening Black Hills Conference play. Sieg followed with a punt return TD and an 83-yard rushing score. Jonah Williamson threw for three touchdowns, ran for three more, including the game-winner late as Trinity picked up a crucial Big Seven victory. Beth-Center won for the first time this season. Bentworth picked up a second straight victory AT Monessen. Wash High improved to 4-0 with an impressive non-conference win. Here’s this week’s scores for Washington & Greene County teams:
