ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Kurt Kitayama kept finishing one shot behind the game’s best players. He beat them all at Bay Hill on Sunday for his first PGA Tour victory. Kitayama made a triple bogey on the ninth hole to let everyone back into the Arnold Palmer Invitational. And then he beat them with a clutch birdie putt on the 17th hole, and a 50-foot lag putt to an inch for par on the 18th. He finished with a 72 and a one-shot win over Rory McIlroy and Harris English. Jordan Spieth, defending champion Scottie Scheffler, Patrick Cantlay and Tyrrell Hatton were two behind. Kitayama moves to No. 19 in the world.
