UNDATED (AP) – The New Jersey Devils have fired coach John Hynes, one day after a 7-1 loss to Buffalo left the team 9-13-4 heading into tonight’s game against Vegas. Hynes was 150-159-45 with one playoff appearance during his four-plus seasons behind the New Jersey bench.\ Alain Nasreddine is serving as interim coach and Devils pro scout Peter Horachek has been added to the coaching staff as an assistant.
