PITTSBURGH (AP) — Sidney Crosby and Kris Letang both reached milestones in Pittsburgh’s 5-1 win over Vancouver. Crosby scored his fourth goal of the season to move past Mario Lemieux and into seventh place alone for most points in NHL history in regular season and playoff games combined. Crosby now has 1,896 career points, one more than Lemieux. Kris Letang became the 20th defenseman to reach 600 career assists. The 20-year-veteran set up Tommy Novak’s goal in the second period to get to 599 assists. Letang reached 600 assists in the third period on Justin Brazeau’s fifth goal of the year. The Penguins have won three straight.
