Penn State Drops Out Of AP Top 25

Miami jumped ahead of Oregon after defeating Florida State. Texas Tech cracked the top 10 after beating Houston. Penn State and Texas both fell out of the rankings after losses. This marks the first time since 1986 that two top-10 teams have exited the poll in the same week.
