The Pittsburgh Pirates announced that they have signed outfielder Bryan Reynolds to a two year contract extension through the 2023 season. The 27 year old Reynolds was a 2021 finalist for the Rawlings Gold Glove Award in center field and was named to the National League All Star team. Reynolds finished the 2021 season ranking third among National League outfielders with 67 extra base hits. The deal avoids arbitration and is worth $13.5 million
