UNDATED (AP) – Pittsburgh Pirates left fielder Bryan Reynolds would prefer to let his bat do the talking for him. Reynolds hit .314 for Pittsburgh in 2019 on his way to finishing fourth in the NL Rookie of the Year voting. His play was one of the few bright spots for a team that plummeted to last place in the NL Central. Reynolds said weighing his personal success vs. the teams’ struggles was difficult. He believes the Pirates can take a serious step forward in 2020 despite only modest adjustments to the roster.
