Pirates Sweep Rockies

The Pittsburgh Pirates continued their winning ways Sunday shutting out and sweeping the Colorado Rockies 4-0. Pirates ace Paul Skenes scattered 3 hits over seven innings and raised his record to 8-9. Jared Triolo homered for the second straight game. Triolo’s homer was a three run blast that broke a scoreless tie in the fourth inning. The Pirates season record now stands at 57-74.
