Vulcans Win, Advance to PSAC Semifinal Weekend

Dejah Terrell scored 25 points helping the PennWest California women to a 57-54 win at IUP. The Vulcans led 26-12 early in the second quarter, then gave up a 26-5 run to trail by seven. Cal U outscored the Crimson Hawks 17-9 over the final 10 minutes to advance to the PSAC Semifinals at East top seed Lock Haven. Cal U will play the host Saturday afternoon.

KJ McClurg led four players in doubles figures as the Cal U men sprinted past Slippery Rock, 91-57. McClurg pumped in 22 points. The Vulcans led 44-22 at the half and cruised to a spot in the PSAC Semifinals against Lock Haven. West #1 Gannon will host the Men’s PSAC Final Four at the Hagerty Family Events Center in Erie.
