The WPIAL has released the 2026 Baseball Championship playoff brackets, including 10 Washington/Greene County teams. Fort Cherry (2A) is the top seed and has a bye to the quarterfinals. First-round action for local teams is slated to begin Monday with 1A, 2A and 4A action, including Avella, Burgettstown, California and Ringgold. We will determine our broadcast schedule shortly.
