The WPIAL Soccer Committee has released the brackets for the upcoming district playoffs. Eight Washington/Greene teams are included in the boys brackets, led by Charleroi, the top team in the 1A Boys bracket. Five girls teams also qualified. Charleroi and Peters Township girls received #3 seeds in their brackets, highest among County girls teams, Action begins Saturday with first-round games for the boys, local girls team begin play Tuesday.
