The WPIAL Soccer playoffs continue with action moving to the quarterfinals starting Wednesday night. Six Washington County teams have reached the quarterfinals: Peters Township girls & boys teams each had byes into the round of eight. Canon-McMillan & Bentworth girls & boys teams all won first round matches to advance.
Bentworth’s #1 seeded boys team moved to the semifinals thanks to second-half goals by Aiden McMurray, Adam Moessner & Ryan Moessner.
